Cashing in on the thread of his Malayalam film ‘Avatharam’ that is on hold because of technical reasons, Vijeesh Mani (who claimed to make a film in 35 languages with Karnataka chief minister BS Yediyurappa in it) is directing a Kannada film ‘Avathara’ starring Deepak in the lead role.

After a formal muhurut at Solitaire Hotel in Bengaluru the handsome looking Vijeesh Mani stated that this film is afresh. He is shooting in Mysore for 30 days. Sanjoy Chaudhury son of Salil Chaudhary is scoring music for this film. This is a commercial package with a message says dialogue writer BA Madhu. The hard work done by Vijeesh Mani in his script is appreciable stated Madhu.

Deepak the tall and handsome build actor was impressed with the narration given in the laptop by Vijeesh Mani. I was waiting for this kind of a script and screen. There are human emotions, power, action, comedy and romantic moments described Deepak. The mother sentiment is very good in this film. The role is submissive one for me but the background is something startling. Deepak is currently working in two films – Magadi and Obbavva. Deepak thanked the cameraman Niranjan Babu for suggesting his name. I hope my ‘Avathara’ in the industry would change he feels.

VS Kumar and Somashekar are joint producers of this ‘Avathara’. Niranjan Babu is the cameraman of the film. The selection of heroine is in progress.

Neelam who was at the muhurut of the film a software employee in Infosys Mysore was the cynosure of all eyes because of her beauty.

Thulasi Shivamani is playing the mother role in the film ‘Avathara’.
